Birthday and celebration layer cakes available for delivery in Hastings, St Leonards and local area. If you are not in the local area collection is also available.
Standard single tier cakes with Swiss meringue buttercream and decoration such as macaron and seasonal certified edible flowers. Please bear in mind décor will vary with availability, out of the summer season dried edible flowers or other decoration is used.
Please note that buttercream cakes are in the style seen, I do not customise buttercream cakes with complex models, anything more than simple fondant elements or sugar flowers due to possible detriment to the decoration.
If you require delicate modelling or sugar flowers then you will need a fondant iced cake which will take more complex decoration safely.

Multi tier butter cream cakes
II can provide multi tiered buttercream or naked cakes for local celebrations or weddings. I do not deliver naked wedding cakes further afield due to transport issues with increasingly hot weather events.
As a safer option cakes can be covered with white or dark chocolate ganache.
Birthday & Celebration Cake
6 inch cakes to serve 6 - 12 start from £75
8 inch cakes to serve 12 - 18 from £100
10 inch cakes to serve up to 30 from £150
Multi tiered buttercream cakes start at £175, please contact for requirements.
Servings are based on cakes cut in a ‘grid’ pattern and will vary depending on the individual serving the cake. I can advise if you need further help.
All cakes come gift boxed with ribbon and with candle if required.

What is the lead time for orders?
Please book in as soon as you can, I generally require at least 48 hours notice or more during busy periods.
Can I personalise my cake?
I do not pipe wording on cake, if you require wording, cake toppers can be obtained from Amazon. Generic can be sourced next day or for personalised you generally need at least 5 days lead time. I can source these for you and include on invoice.
How do I store my cake?
Buttercream iced cakes are stable at room temperature for around two days and a further two or three in the fridge. You may need to keep cool to preserve edible flowers or fresh fruit decoration if a while between delivery and serving, or if a very warm day. If possible it is always better to deliver on the day needed to ensure any decor is as fresh as possible. Cakes freeze very well in the unlikely event of leftovers...
