Victoria Made was launched by myself in the South in 2013 creating contemporary, original and design led cakes for a discerning luxury market.
Although the baking side was not completely new to me, I am self taught in sugarcraft which has led to developing a very individual design style - the strength of the design has meant a quick leap into being one of the top UK's top designers serving London and surrounding areas and delivering to venues such as The Four Seasons, The Ritz and Le Manoir.
Based in the ever creative Brighton, I have produced cakes internationally and for many different occasions from an Emirati royal wedding cake to a commission for Jessica Ennis-Hill's Olympic homecoming. I love to push my ideas and take inspiration from many areas, from fashion and fine/Japanese art to ceramics and sculpture.
I see myself very much as a cake artist rather than a cake 'company' and this ethos is something I am very much committed to. I personally create your cake from design to finish, and take on a limited number of commissions to allow me to take the time and care needed to produce something unique. This approach also lends exclusivity to clients looking for something a little less ordinary.
