About Victoria

Cake designer and baker at Victoria Made

I started creating cakes back in 2011 after taking the plunge to embark on a more creative career.

I had baked from a very early age, with a keen interest in food, so combining that with a design element seemed like a very natural leap. I am completely self taught and have loved my personal sugar art journey - I still, and always will, strive to be better at my craft.

My designs were picked up very early on and I regularly appeared on blogs and in magazines such as Brides, You & Your Wedding, Harpers Bazaar and Khush Magazine amongst others.

My inspiration comes from many areas, nature, art, ceramics, modern floristry - I prefer clean and balanced design rather than anything overdone,

I believe luxury isn’t big or bling, luxury is unique…

I don’t produce on a mass scale - I have perfectionist tendencies linked to my ADHD, which doesn’t affect delivery in any way, but does mean that I very much concentrate on smaller volume with a high quality and considered finish.

Seeing myself as a maker and designer rather than a 'company', this ethos is something I am utterly committed to. This approach lends a very personal feel, and at the same time exclusivity to clients looking for a statement encompassing both quality and uniqueness. I enjoy making every clients cake planning experience one that is as enjoyable as it is smooth and stress free.

I am always more than happy to provide help and advice at any time so please do get in touch and I hope to help you on your cake journey soon.
